What Geographic Area Does The Noll Law Office Serve? Part 2 of 3

View the video interview here: What Geographic Area Does The Noll Law Office Serve?

Dan Noll: Our office concentrates in Federal Law as well. It’s Federal Criminal Defense. Myself and Jon Gray Noll, the other criminal defense attorney at this office represent clients in all federal charges in Springfield, Urbana, Illinois which is in the Champaign, Urbana area, and in Peoria, Illinois. Those Federal Courts are located in the Central District of Illinois, and we would handle any case in the Central District of Illinois which are located in Peoria, Springfield, or Urbana.

Dan Stratford: You guys make it around your area there. Do you ever meet clients at other locations besides your office, of course?

Daniel Noll: We do. If an individual is incarcerated, for example, in the Decatur Jail which is Macon County Jail, we have a number of clients who are in that facility. It’s actually a housing facility for Federal inmates as well, so we visit clients whether they’re incarcerated or not in any number of areas, especially if they’re in jail. We try to visit our clients once a week in the jail. Sometimes more and sometimes less. It just depends on the goings on in the office, but we actively visit our clients. In the Sangamon County Jail, I could throw a pen at the jail right now and hit it. We visit people in any number of areas.
Of course, our office is open seven days a week. We are on call seven days a week for 24 hours a day. We are guaranteed in the office between 9:00 to 5:00, Monday to Friday or actually 8:00 to 5:00, Monday to Friday. If people would like to set up an appointment, we’re happy to meet with people after hours or on the weekends.
