I Was Hurt In A Car Accident, Can Noll Law Help Me?

By Dan Noll on December 1st, 2016 in

If you’ve been hurt in a car accident, this article is for you, please, read on.

The Noll Office can help you in a number of ways. The first and most important process is to start the insurance claims adjustment period. We’ll file claims for coverage of your medical bills, your lost wages, and any other damages you’ve sustained as quickly as possible so that you are not in danger of losing your home as a result of your car accident. Insurance companies are a for profit business entity. They generally attempt to pay as little as possible and don’t pay very quickly. The Noll Office as necessary will file suit on your behalf to try and obtain coverage of your injuries.

If you were injured in a car accident, an attorney can help sort out your medical bills and getting your expenses paid for. The first thing your attorney will do is order a certified copy of your medical bills and the corresponding medical records. Those bills and records are going to be sent to the insurance company, and request payment so that you’re not sent to debt collection companies. If the insurance company won’t pay your medical bills, the next step is to file a lawsuit. If the case proceeds to trial, the jury is going to be given a certified copy of those medical bills, and your attorney is going to request that the jury order those bills be paid by the defendant. The defendant is the person, of course, who injured you.
