Home » FAQs » How Long Does A Car Accident Injury Case Take?

By Dan Noll on July 5th, 2017 in

If you are curious about how long a car accident injury case takes to be resolved, this article is for you, please, read on.

A car accident lawsuit can take as little as six months to settle or up to three years. It depends on a multitude of factors. The first of course is how egregiously a person was injured. Are they receiving from medical treatment for two months or two years? The second thing of course is whether or not the insurance claim is accepted by the person who hurt you. If they accept the claim and pay your medical bills, no lawsuit’s usually necessary. However, sometimes the insurance companies won’t pay those bills and suit has to be filled. In that case litigation make take years to go to jury.

Due to the fact that each accident and case is unique in its own right, there is obvious variance between the resolution times of every case. While there are patterns between some styles of accidents, it is always best to contact an attorney to ensure that your case is handled as efficiently and effectively as possible. If you have an open car accident injury case, contact the experienced attorneys at Noll Law Office today. We would love to speak with you and see how we can successfully win your claim.
